Our branch remains closed to visitors
For the safety of both our members and employees, the branch remains closed to all visitors as we continue to operate remotely.  We encourage our members to bank from home through our mobile app, online banking portal, email or call us with any of your credit union needs. 

Set up mobile and online banking to enjoy 24/7 access
If you are new to online banking, please call us directly for quick set up. For those who already have access to online banking, your same information can be used on the mobile banking app.  Our mobile and online banking portals are available 24/7 and allow you to pay bills, set up transfers, send and receive Interac e-transfers, use remote cheque deposit, review your account activity, view your monthly statements and much more.  In addition to our online and mobile banking options, we are available from 8:30am-4pm, Monday – Friday by phone, where you can speak directly to one of our Member Service Representatives, a Lending Officer or Manager.  Click here for a direct link to our Contact Us page.

Financial relief is available to you
We know this has been a difficult time for many of our members and we provide FREE financial advice to assist you with your financial challenges and questions. In addition to expert financial advice we also offer excellent rates on lending products to help you through these trying times.  Car loans are now available at 2.99%* and we continue to offer extremely low rates on consolidation loans, lines of credit and mortgages. 

Be aware of scams
Now more then ever it is crucial to ensure your passwords are updated and complex. We are seeing a dramatic increase in COVID-19 related scams enticing people to provide their personal information in the hopes of receiving different forms of financial relief.  If you are ever in doubt of an offer, link or Interac e-transfer, contact us directly or refer to the Canadian Government website.  It is important to never provide your personal information to someone you do not know or trust.
